Dense 1 inch sheepskin for maximum protection under points of the saddle tree. Bi-level, sheared to 1/2 inch under saddle flap to provide a close feel. Banded edge facilitates closest possible connection between horse and rider's leg. Velcro girth strap is easily adjustable.
