Product Description:

Known in barns and racetracks as “the pink stuff,” Numotizine® delivers fast, targeted relief for your horse. USA-made in a FDA-regulated facility, our clay poultice helps ease sore muscles, stiffness, sprains, bruises, swelling, and hoof issues, such as abscesses and founder. Lasts up to 8–12 hours and can be reapplied as needed for lasting comfort.

For use as a topical pain reliever for horses, livestock, dogs, and other pets*. 

• Temporary soothes muscle pain, soreness, and stiffness.
• Effective for strains, sprains, bruises, and tendon injuries.
• Ideal after strenuous exercise or overexertion.
• Reduces swelling and treats fresh injuries, bites, and abscesses.
• Excellent for hoof packing to reduce heat and inflammation.

*Not recommended for use on cats.

One application provides long-lasting comfort your animal can count on! Reapply frequently for best results, and may be used alongside prescribed oral medications.

Application Instructions:

1. Stir the poultice thoroughly.
2. Apply a ¼-inch thick layer on the affected area.
3. Cover with newspaper, a paper towel, or poultice paper.
4. Secure the poultice with bandage wraps.
5. Leave on for 8–12 hours.
6. Remove the bandages, brush or wipe away the dry clay, and rinse with water.
7. Warm the poultice to body temperature if stored in a cold place.

• Guaiacol: 0.56%
• Methyl Guaiacol: 0.36%

Inactive Ingredients:

• Clay (powdered)
• Fragrance of Beechwood Creosote
• Oil of Wintergreen
• Color and Solvent

Use only as directed and avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to irritated or broken skin or over large areas. Discontinue use if excessive irritation occurs. Numotizine Medicated Poultice is not for human use and should be kept out of reach of children.
