Small strongyles (including encysted forms) and tapeworms are especially dangerous to adult horses.^1,2 The Quest line of dewormers are the only products on the market that control these parasites with a single dose.*³

Quest Plus Gel provides all the benefits of Quest Gel, including the active ingredient moxidectin to treat encysted small strongyles in a single dose.² It also includes a second active ingredient, praziquantel, for late grazing season treatment against tapeworms—a parasite that may present serious health threats to horses.³

Quest Plus Gel is an effective horse dewormer that also provides broad-spectrum treatment for large strongyles (bloodworms), bots, pinworms, hairworms and stomach worms. One syringe treats horses weighing up to 1,500 pounds, and the unique gel formula dissolves on the horse’s tongue, making deworming easy!

Quest Plus Gel is indicated to treat and control small strongyles (adults and encysted larvae), tapeworms, large strongyles (bloodworms), bots, pinworms, hairworms, and stomach worms.

As treatment doses are based on the weight of the animal, use a scale or weight tape to determine each animal’s weight before treating with Quest^® Plus Gel.

Doseage & Administration

Once an accurate weight is known, treat each horse or pony as follows:

1. Adjust the ring to your animal’s weight and lock into place.

2. Make sure there is no feed in the animal’s mouth.

3. Remove the cap from the end of the syringe. Save the cap for reuse.

4. Place the tip of the syringe inside the animal’s mouth at the space between the teeth.

5. Gently push the plunger until it stops, depositing the gel on the back of the tongue.

6. Remove the syringe from the animal’s mouth and raise the animal’s head slightly to make sure he swallows the gel.

7. Replace the syringe cap.
